The New York Throwback

New York Fashion week just ended and it seems like not only clothes are coming and going out of style. Prabal's runway brings us way back to the golden years of our childhood wearing the comb headband. Another one who has been inspired by the some old friends such as the claw clip is Alexander Wang.

Turner (the hair stylist at Prabal's) seems to love this new trend more than anything. For one of the magazines at the event he explains:

"If role models sich as Ashley Graham and Gigi Hadid wear the old-fashioned piece others would think Why not?"

Other hair stylists explaind the look as something so feminine yet so dynamic and so easy to recreate. If you are on the run, at the office, out and about with the girls, on a family dinner, cleaning the house or just chilling with the beloved ones in front of the TV - this updo is a must if you like to be in your comfort zone.
